Prenimal Holland BV is a Dutch GMP+ -FSA certified manufacturer of feed additives with more than 20 years of experience. Prenimal Holland BV develops its own products under the labels Prequine, Prechick, Prerumi and Prepet. Additionally, Prenimal Holland BV is a licensed wholesaler of veterinary medicines from high-quality European manufacturers.
Under the management of Agriventures Group several major changes are implemented, as for example:
- The new company name Prenimal Holland BV was launched.
- The product portfolio has been broadened with products for poultry, ruminants and pets.
- A complete rebranding of the product packaging was implemented.
- Expanded the distributor network.
- Connected to the network of Agriventures Group to boost innovation, sourcing of raw materials and product development.
- Significantly improved turnover and profitability.

Prenimal Middle East SPC is a temperature controlled warehouse, packaging station and office building located in Sohar Freezone, Oman.
It serves as a storage hub between Europe and the Middle-East & Africa. Thanks to this, short supply lines to customers can be guaranteed.
Agriventures Group ensured that we could make full use of the synergy possibilities available and therefore implemented the following:
- Developed the branding of Prenimal Middle East SPC.
- Implemented the same temperature monitoring system as within Prenimal Holland BV (SenseAnywhere) to comply with GDP.
- Management of stock at Prenimal Middle East SPC.
